Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed. However, once you receive your pre-order item, our standard 30-day return policy applies. You can return the item within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in original condition.

Returns After Delivery

While pre-orders cannot be cancelled before dispatch, you may return your pre-order item after receiving it following our standard return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
