Processing & Dispatch Times

Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once processed, your order will be dispatched and you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be dispatched within 2 weeks of your order date. You'll receive an email notification when your pre-order is ready to ship with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free UK shipping is offered for orders over £65.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping options may become available in the future.

Combining Pre-Orders with Regular Items

If you order pre-order items together with in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are available (within 2 weeks). If you need in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Address Changes

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
